Students realized a recipe book in their mother tongue and in English, which present the recipes of our local traditions, both as a cultural expression and from the nutritional point of view. After comparing students’ ideas by videoconferences, mail, eTwinning blog, they designed the cookbook using computer software. The book includes 5 recipes and their nutrition labels for each partner school. All the participant schools undertook their role in this activity and prepared 5 representative recipes of their country. They described the procedure and the ingredients and they described the history of this recipe and if it is cooked on special occasions.
